LEAD TIMES

For custom/ ring orders for weddings or other special occasions, we ask that you order at least 6 weeks in advance to guarantee your piece gets delivered on time for your big day! Contact us if you need it sooner and we will do our best to accommodate.

ONLINE ORDER LEAD TIMES

Rings - 4-5 weeks

All other jewelry - 7-10 days

RETURN POLICY

All orders are final unless the piece does not match the listing description. This is due to the made-to-order model of our business. Read our resizing policy below if your receieved a ring that does not fit. If it is deemed a piece does not match the listing description, the return has to be sent back in its original packaging in new condition or else this will void any return. All pieces are subject to inspection before a return is credited back.

All deposits made to custom work and/or any Arcwood Jewelry design are non-refundable.

RESIZING POLICY

If you order a ring from us and it does not fit, contact us and we will determine if it is able to be resized. For any ring that cannot be resized, we will offer to make another for 65% of the original price, not including discounts.

LIFETIME REFINISHING POLICY

We offer free lifetime refinishing/polishing for every piece specified by category below.

WOOD/FLOWER RINGS - Refinishing wood rings or wood/flower inlaid rings involves sanding down the old finish and/or adding a new finish.

METAL RINGS - We offer free polishing services for all metal rings

NECKLACES/EARRINGS - We offer free polishing/re-oiling services.

Any piece that cannot be refinished back to "new" due to extensive damage will have a replacement option for 65% of the original price, not including discounts.

CUSTOM WORK QUOTES

All quoted prices for custom work are locked in for 24 hours. After this period, Arcwood Jewelry may change the quoted price at their disgression.

DISCLAIMERS

Due to natural variations in wood and other materials we use, every piece will be unique. The grain patterns will vary, and the colors may be slightly different compared to the product picture. We think that's the cool part though.
