We ask all wedding clients to please order at least 5 weeks in advance to guarantee your ring gets delivered on time for your big day. Contact us if your ring is needed earlier and we will do our best to accommodate.
All orders are final unless the piece is damaged during shipping or does not match the listing description. This is due to the made-to-order model of our business. Please contact us if interested in an exchange and we will work with you. We hope you understand.
Lifetime Refinishing Policy
We offer free lifetime refinishing for every ring. Any ring that cannot be refinished due to extensive damage will have the option to replace the ring for 65% of the original price not including discounts. We just ask you to pay shipping and handling charged associated with getting the ring back to you.
If your ring does not fit the first time, it is not a problem! We offer one free resize for every ring purchase. We just ask you to pay shipping and handling charged associated with getting the ring back to you. Custom rings also fall under this policy.
Lead times are generally around 2-3 weeks. However, lead times can change unexpectedly and we can not guarantee the exact time until it ships.

Due to natural variations in wood and other materials we use, every ring will be unique. The grain patterns will vary and the colors may be slightly different compared to the product picture. We think that's the cool part though.
